At The Insole Store, we want you to walk in comfort; if your orthotics or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your insoles in their original product box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
